Job description

A vacancy for 3 months for a fixed term contract Administrator at the Regional Office in Bloemfontein, reporting to the Business Manager. The incumbent will assume responsibility for an efficient, professional service rendered to Regional Clinics by assisting the Occupational Health Clinic with data capturing, coordination, and quality assurance of statistics, reports, and general administrative tasks.

Critical Outputs

  • Assist with administration work
  • Daily/Monthly pro-forma capturing for Inland North
  • Assist in clearing aged debtors monthly
  • Provide feedback on the monthly financial report
  • Conduct training for administrators in the region
  • Debtors’ collection
  • Ordering for all Clinics
  • Capturing data on SAP
  • Maintain an efficient, up-to-date tracking and filing system
  • Regular communication with colleagues, Clinic Sisters, Business Managers, Regional Managers, and Clients
  • Conduct audits monthly to ensure accuracy of data captured
  • Assist with investigation and analysis of statistical errors, queries, and complaints, and implement corrective action within agreed turnaround times
  • Assist with reasonability, equality assurance, and accuracy analysis on all data and reports
  • Preparation of credit notes and obtaining sign-off
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
  • 2 years of experience
  • Capturing finance-related quotes and invoices

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Medical data experience with SAP
  • Valid Driver’s Licence Code 8
  • Own accommodation
  • Own transport
