Financial Statement Preparation Manager

At Streets Chartered Accountants, we deliver tailored accounting, audit, and advisory services with a dynamic, supportive team that values innovation and excellence. As we grow our global remote team, we’re looking for a Financial Statement Preparation Manager to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and applicable standards.
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end financial statement preparation process.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and oversee their development.
• Ensure all financial deliverables meet quality assurance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven recent experience in financial statement preparation and review in a practice environment essential.
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA(SA), ACCA, or SAIPA).
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS and UK GAAP).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools (experience with QuickBooks, Dext, and CaseWare is advantageous).
