Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capturing Fixed Assets, Finance, and Capitalized Leases for our balance sheet.
• Preparing comprehensive financial statements and forecasts to guide our strategic decisions.
• Managing month-end processes, running management accounts, and collaborating with Directors to resolve queries.
• Maintaining and monitoring day-to-day cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Developing and drawing up budgets with precision.
• Overseeing processes, controls, and policies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Managing a strong Debtors Book and maintaining BEE schedules.
• Preparing and maintaining a costing model, and assisting with tender information.
• Signing off on the Staff Register and maintaining the Training Schedule.
• Ensuring amortization schedules are in place for the bank.
• Consulting with auditors for year-end audits and providing necessary documentation.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• A minimum of Grade 12 and a B Comm in Finance.
• Completed articles, with CA or SAIPA registration being an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Financial Manager.
• Proficiency in Pastel Evolution and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong inter-relational skills and the ability to integrate finance with operations.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle multiple business profiles effectively.

Our client is a large organization based in Johannesburg CBD, seeking a Financial Manager to join a team of 3 other Financial Managers. The Group also has operations in Zambia and Namibia.
