Job Overview:
As the FM, you will oversee all financial aspects of the business, ensuring the company's financial health and stability while driving strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in managing financial risks, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support long-term business objectives.
2. Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
4. Collaborate with production and operational teams to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
5. Lead risk management initiatives, including internal controls, audits, and insurance.
6. Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive leadership team.

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
2. Proven experience in corporate financial management, ideally within the FMCG or production sector.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
4. Expertise in managing complex budgets, cost analysis, and financial modelling.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
