Our client in the Agriculture exports is looking for a financial manager to join their team. Article trainees are also welcome to apply. This is a highly professional and fast-growing company looking to employ a professional young candidate to manage the finance department.

Newly graduated BCom Accounting, SAICA, SAIPA will also be considered for this position. BCom Accounting with previous experience in the agriculture, supply chain, or logistics industry will also be considered.

Job Description:

1. Manage the Finance department
2. Manage accounts, full creditors and debtors function
3. Manage financial department up to trial balance
4. Cashflow Management
5. Balance sheets
6. Financial Reports
7. Bank reconciliations
8. Commercial invoices
9. Credit notes
10. Weekly and Monthly payments
11. All accounting functions
12. Liaise with customers and handle all queries

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric with BCom Accounting, SAICA, SAIPA or relevant degree
2. Minimum 1 – 5 years previous experience as financial manager in agriculture industry
3. Completed articles at registered auditing firm
4. Cost accounting and standard cost principles
5. Forex handling
