Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adequate financial control within the entity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing controls to mitigate key risks.
2. Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
3. Lead the annual financial audit process.
4. Manage the Treasury portfolio, optimize working capital funds, and maintain key funding relationships.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including SARS taxation and FICA requirements.
6. Oversee debtor's collection, ensuring credit risk mitigation and timely collections.
7. Oversee accounts payable, ensuring the timely payment of financial obligations.
8. Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including team management.

Requirements:

1. BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent
2. Proven experience in a panel shop environment (automotive industry)
3. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities
5. Knowledge of relevant financial legislation and compliance standards
