Financial Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Create and refine designs for civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet all requirements.
2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution.
3. Conduct thorough site evaluations and feasibility studies to inform project planning and execution.
4. Ensure that all projects adhere to standards and regulations.
5. Leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and sustainability.
6. Prepare detailed technical reports, design calculations, and specifications to communicate project parameters clearly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BEng, BSc, or BTech).
2. Registered as a Candidate Engineer with ECSA; Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is a plus.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil design experience within the engineering environment.
4. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
5. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
