Financial Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Establish forecasts for expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Oversee financial risks and provide guidance to management.
• Manage the Finance ERP system and supervise payroll service providers.
• Ensure accurate salary and benefit calculations and monitor day-to-day financial operations, including payroll and invoicing.
• Support the Managing Director with budgeting, spending, reporting, and financial accountability.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and monitor company financial health.
• Handle cost budgets, fixed assets maintenance, and Forex exposure.
• Develop and mentor financial staff, conduct performance evaluations, and implement development plans.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Minimum BCom finance or accounting

Financial Software Expertise: Advanced Ms Excel, experience working on an ERP system such as SAP, Embrace, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Syspro or related for this role.

Accounting Principles and Practices: Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP / IFRS), financial statements and accounting processes.
