Are you a qualified CA(SA) with a strong background in the manufacturing industry? Do you have over a decade of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership? If so, we want you to join our team as our next Financial Director!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Manage risk and ensure the company’s financial stability.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and variances, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and market risks.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and market risks.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Oversee the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
• Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and oversee due diligence processes.
• Manage post-acquisition integration of financial operations.

Qualifications:

• CA(SA) certification is essential.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and manage complex financial operations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
