The Financial Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial and operational aspects of the organization and driving the financial and operational strategy and planning. They will manage the full finance function, develop division budgets, lead the annual audit, prepare financial presentations at the board level, and provide financial strategic guidance.

Job Functions:

• Develop and manage division budgets
• Prepare and present financials at the board level
• Produce monthly management reports
• Maintain control over all financial transactions
• Design financial models for business expansion
• Manage cash flow and project spending
• Oversee accounting and finance systems

Desired Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

• Must be a qualified CA
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Broad knowledge of accounting and business principles
