Financial Director

We’re seeking a Financial Director for a rapidly scaling vitamin wellness brand in the UK. This position requires maintaining fast-paced growth and expansion as well as meticulous financial custodianship. This fully remote position will report directly to the Founders in London, UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain world-class financial operations.
2. Ensure detailed and accurate budgeting and forecasting.
3. Provide accurate, insightful, and timely financial and management reporting.
4. Accurately account for COS, GPs, and inventory.
5. Manage logistics and cash conversion cycles effectively.
6. Ensure complete trust in financial reporting for the board and shareholders.
7. Uphold world-class compliance, organisation, and financial administration.
8. Provide management teams with accurate and useful financial data.
9. Conduct comprehensive and diligent risk planning.
10. Execute smart and efficient treasury and capital allocation.
11. Ensure efficient and compliant tax, customs, and VAT management.
12. Build a well-run, motivated financial and accounting team committed to excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. CA (SA), CGMA, CGMA, ACCA or similar with 5+ years experience post qualification.
2. Experience in the FMCG environment is crucial.
3. UK experience.
4. Advanced Excel skills.
5. Fluency in English.

SALARY:
