Responsibilities:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate Intern to gain valuable experience in the dynamic Finance Team with our Number Ninjas!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process supplier bills.
2. Reconcile bills to statements.
3. Process hardware quotes to invoices.
4. Follow up on past due invoices.
5. Manage the accounts mailbox.
6. Save bills to digital file.
7. Request copies of bills from suppliers.
8. Assist with day-to-day operational tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. High emotional intelligence.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Eagerness to ask questions, learn and grow.
8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
