This leading Asset Manager is looking for a Financial Advisor Liaison Consultant in Customer Services to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage flow of work items (Instructions, queries, requests)
2. Resolve rejections via email or telephonic
3. Manage exceptions of internal and external stakeholder
4. Log and resolve queries. Be able to give feedback on relevant queries as and when needed.
5. Manage all inbound calls from IFA’s, their assistants, and our administration office
6. Work collaboratively with IFA’s and all relevant stakeholders
7. Submit, track, and give feedback on any instructions to Advisors and Advisor Assistants
8. Maintain agreed upon turnaround times on all administrative tasks
9. Attend regular team meetings
10. Understand the changing servicing needs of Advisors
11. Be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
12. Always be supportive in offering assistance to the brokers / broker assistants and able to train their assistants.

Qualification:

1. A business focused degree
2. RPE/CFA/CFP will be advantageous
3. Matric qualification having passed both core mathematics and English

Experience:

1. Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant industry experience
2. Minimum 18 months experience and strong technical knowledge of Linked Products, Local Unit Trusts and Offshore Funds is essential
3. Excellent understanding and navigation of IAM systems
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
5. Excellent business writing skills
6. Business Afrikaans (reading, writing, and speaking) will be an advantage
