Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Senior Certificate) – Essential
- NQF Level 5 Qualification in a long-term insurance or financial planning-related field – Highly Advantageous
- RE5 Certification – Mandatory
- Own Reliable Transport – Required for client visits and business development
- Clear ITC and Criminal Record – Integrity and compliance are non-negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic, compliant long-term financial advice aligned with regulatory frameworks (including FAIS and industry standards).
- Develop, grow, and nurture lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and exceptional service delivery.
- Build and manage a high-quality client portfolio, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial products and planning strategies.
