Qualifications:

2. RE5 certification.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning and advisory services.
2. Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Skills Required:

1. Financial Planning Expertise: Ability to develop detailed financial plans and strategies, incorporating investment management, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management.
2. Investment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various financial products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, retirement products, and alternative investments.
3. Client Relationship Management: Skilled in establishing trust and long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, assess investment opportunities, and make informed recommendations.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of local financial regulations and compliance requirements, including FSB regulations and industry standards.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and approachable manner.

8. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
