Our client, a pioneer within the engineering industry, is now on the hunt for a Financial Accountant to join their financial team.

Responsibilities:

1. Consolidating financial data from various sources and entities within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reporting.
2. Processing invoices, verifying expenses, and making payments to vendors within established timelines.
3. Overseeing the accounts receivable processes.
4. Maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
5. Analysing variances and identifying areas for improvement or corrective action.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

1. BCom Degree is required.
2. SAIPA / SAICA articles is required.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years post article experience.
2. Engineering / Construction industry knowledge is preferred.
