Job description

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  1. Grade 12 with 3+ years finance/sales/admin/HR experience – construction type environment preferred
  2. Must be computer literate on MS Office with Xero & Simple Pay experience ideal
  3. Valid drivers license and fluent in Xhosa & English
  4. Must have a confident personality
  5. Ideal candidates would be resident in the Nahoon Dam area, if not, a travel allowance might be an option

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Bookkeeping – Xero Accounting & Simple Pay – purchase orders, delivery notes, invoicing and statements, cashflows, wages, bank recons, SARS, UIF, Provident funds etc
  2. Inhouse sales / Admin – phone calls, walk ins, quoting, follow ups, delivery notes, monitoring tenders / projects, filing etc
  3. HR – personnel files, casual wages, leave, IOD, labour issues etc

Salary: Market related
