We are seeking an Executive Manager : Enterprise Finance & Business Support for a 5-year fixed term contract role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Master’s Degree (NQF 9) in development finance or other relevant commerce field.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in commercial or development finance, economic development, or business support, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience of working for a public sector development finance institution (DFI) in an enterprise finance related role will be an added advantage

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Strategic management of development finance mandate, entrepreneurship development and business support services
• Developing / implementing comprehensive business finance and developing funding support strategies and leading the development / rollout of products
• Fostering partnerships with government and non-government organizations, and the private sector
• Conducting research / analysis to identify emerging trends / opportunities
• Monitoring and evaluating impact of development implemented programs
• Advocating for progressive business lending and development finance policies and contribution to the development / implementation of the corporate strategy, operational plan and overall enterprise risks management

Salary: R1 959 000 - R2 932 500 per annum

We are seeking a Network Engineer for a fixed term contract role based in Zwelitsha, Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related
• 5+ years’ experience in network engineering or administration
• Hands on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and other network hardware
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and VPN protocols
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security best practices
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and perform packet analysis
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools (Ansible, Python, etc.)

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, DHCP server.
• Monitor network performance and optimize network availability, reliability, and security.
• Manage network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and access controls.
• Perform network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure network scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with enterprise systems.
• Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and policies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams when needed
