As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

1. Develop & Optimize – Build and maintain our rules engine and backend services that power our gamification platform.
2. Own the Codebase – Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
3. Enhance Performance – Ensure smooth production operations with logging, monitoring, and issue resolution.
4. Push Boundaries – Research new technologies, challenge the status quo, and implement innovative solutions.
5. Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Dev Managers, Product Teams, and stakeholders to bring new features to life.
6. Champion Quality – Conduct rigorous testing, code reviews, and maintain high coding standards.
