Your Role at Infobip:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Mobile Network Operators, Aggregators, and Hubs in Africa (with a focus on Southern Africa).
  • Manage the overall business relationships with Telecom Providers, including deal-making, negotiations, contract management, strategic direction, and support.
  • Procure connectivity with Telcos and manage the supply chain competitively.
  • Monetize Infobip solutions within the Telecommunications Segment in the designated region.
  • Efficiently manage projects with strategic partners.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide market insights to key stakeholders.
  • Formulate and execute GTM strategy for the Telco supply & sales activities of African operators.

More about you:

  • A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic or Systems Engineering would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of number years of experience in BB Sales, Account Management, or Client Relations.
  • Experienced in Telecommunications and IT industry.
  • Competent knowledge in the International and regional AP Communication market is a strong advantage.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Excellent written communication skills - high-level literacy, articulate, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems and a passion for technology.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office package preferred.
  • You are not afraid to engage in the sales process and negotiations.
  • Organized and have a track record of completing your tasks on time while paying strict attention to details.
  • You can present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
  • Open to traveling.
