Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the company's financial well-being by managing finances, providing financial insights & ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required Qualifications:

1. BCom Qualification in Finance or similar
2. 5 years or more experience in a Senior Finance position
3. Experience with Office 365 / Sharepoint and ISO - beneficial
4. Must have Engineering Industry background

Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Reconciliation of payments and receipts in cash books
2. Statements and reconciliations for debtors
3. Reconciliation of creditors from logistics
4. Approval of credit notes
5. Journal entries
6. Invoices for forex sales
7. Reconciliation of forex banks and updating of spreadsheets
8. Update of the monthly comparison sheet for the expense schedule
9. Schedule for monthly payments to suppliers and other parties
10. Schedule of monthly salaries Payroll and Excel
11. Emp201 e-filing reconciliation and submission
12. Reconciliation of VAT 201 and electronic filing submission
