Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) - Expat to join their team in Dallas, USA. Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company's goals within the fibre sales industry.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to guide business decisions.
4. Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
5. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
4. Relocation Willingness: Willingness to relocate to Dallas, USA.
