Finance Manager (CA)

Are you a qualified CA (SA) with strong experience in budgets and management accounts? Do you have the leadership skills to manage a finance team while ensuring operational excellence?

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee month-end management accounts, cash book, and financial year-end audits
• Prepare and manage budgets up to board level
• Lead a finance team, including Debtors, Creditors, and an Accountant
• Work extensively in SAP and Excel
• Provide strategic financial insights and report directly to the Regional Director

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• CA (SA) (Non-negotiable) – Degree from UCT, Stellenbosch, Wits, TUKS, Potch, or Bloem
• Solid FM experience (managing financial reporting, budgeting, and audits)
• Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented
• Hands-on and willing to assist with accounting functions when required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
