Finance Manager (Ca)

Are you a qualified CA (SA) with strong experience in budgets and management accounts?

Do you have the leadership skills to manage a finance team while ensuring operational excellence?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee month-end management accounts, cash book, and financial year-end audits
2. Prepare and manage budgets up to board level
3. Lead a finance team, including Debtors, Creditors, and an Accountant
4. Work extensively in SAP and Excel
5. Provide strategic financial insights and report directly to the Regional Director

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. CA (SA) (Non-negotiable) – Degree from UCT, Stellenbosch, Wits, TUKS, Potch, or Bloem
2. Solid FM experience (managing financial reporting, budgeting, and audits)
3. Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented
4. Hands-on and willing to assist with accounting functions when required
5. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
