Your Mission:

1. Drive financial strategy and lead multi-currency financial management.
2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities.
3. Optimize financial processes and drive automation initiatives.
4. Manage cash flow, procurement, inventory, and risk.
5. Lead and mentor finance teams across diverse regions.
6. Oversee compliance and risk management.
7. Be the financial backbone of our client's global wine success.

Requirements:

1. A Chartered Accountant (CA) / CIMA or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in FMCG or wine export ideal
2. Expertise in IFRS, export regulations, and multi-currency transactions.
3. Proven leadership in developing and mentoring finance teams.
4. Strong ERP and accounting software proficiency (Palladium or similar).
5. Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
6. Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
7. Experience in export or FMCG industries is a plus!
8. A proactive, organised, and results-driven individual.
