Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial systems and reporting mechanisms to ensure efficiency and compliance.
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance and cost accounting.
3. Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
4. Develop strategies for long-term financial goals aligned with the company's mission of positively impacting local communities and the environment.

Skills:

1. Afrikaans & English Speaking
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance regulations, and auditing standards.
3. Proficient in Afrikaans with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of experience in systems and reporting, running accounts, and auditing.
2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
3. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
