Gauteng | Permanent position. Must be willing to relocate to JHB North near to Roodepoort if needed. Will be working at the company's premises 5 days a week.
Minimum Requirements:
4-5 years working experience in an Engineering company or similar as an Administrator Clerk or a Secretary.
Matric Certificate (good Mathematics marks is beneficial) is essential.
Relevant courses or qualifications would be a great advantage.
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and other software.
Good typing skills and experience with data capturing.
Experience in maintaining department records on the company database daily.
Ability to write letters to external customers and management when needed.
Responsibilities:
Handle telephone calls, switchboard, and reception functions when required.
Perform clerical functions including ordering office stationery, handling mail, and scheduling meetings.
Assist senior management whenever required.
Invoicing and follow-ups on deliveries.
Assist HR when needed.
Other administrative tasks as discussed in the interview.
Preferably must be able to start immediately.
Monthly Salary: R 15,000 – R 20,000 CTC (salary is depending on years of relevant experience and skills gained regarding this vacancy) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus. Please note there is a Pension Scheme which will be deducted off your salary.
