Finance Manager

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Pretoria.

This role plays a key part in budgeting, compliance, reporting, and supporting executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
2. Prepare financial statements and ensure IFRS / local GAAP compliance
3. Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury functions
4. Oversee tax compliance (SARS, VAT, PAYE) and audit processes
5. Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency
6. Lead and develop the finance team
7. Engage with internal / external stakeholders and regulators

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance / accounting role
2. Strong understanding of South African tax laws and IFRS
3. Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and compliance
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
5. Relevant finance / accounting qualification (e.g., BCom, CA(SA) preferred)
