It is mandatory to have the applicable qualifications and experience as follows:

1. Relevant financial degree
2. At least 5 years' experience in a financial controlling position
3. At least 3 years SAP working experience (Controlling module)
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
5. Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
6. Experience with Exchange Control requirements
7. Understanding of company secretarial requirements

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Full financial function including Group reporting requirements
2. Statutory reporting requirements
3. Tax compliance
4. Various audit requirements
5. Management accounting and product costing
6. Treasury management
