Then we are looking for a Financial Manager to join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop financial and tax strategies in consultation with external auditors
2. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
3. Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
4. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
5. Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
6. Manage the accounting departments
7. Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced
8. Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
9. Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
10. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
11. Report on financial results
12. Analyse cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders
13. Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
14. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
15. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
16. Arrange for debt and equity financing
17. Maintain banking relationships

KEY SKILLS

1. Qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years experience
2. Knowledge of SAGE 300
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
4. Interpersonal communication skills
5. Knowledge of financial regulations
6. Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports
7. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
8. Conflict management
9. Problem-solving and decision-making
