Finance Director

Finance Director Job Description:

The Finance Director will be in charge of overseeing the financial operations of the company, reporting to senior management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial trends and economic indicators
• Collaborate with various departments on budgeting and strategic planning
• Monitor profitability and expenses, taking corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Implement internal controls and address any audit findings

Skills and Qualifications:

• CA(SA) and CIMA qualifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
• Strong business partnering skills required
• Prior experience as a Statutory Finance Director

System Exposure:

• Experience with Hyperion (HFM) is a plus
