Finance Business Partner

Our clients are always looking for dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partners to join their teams. These professionals play a crucial role in driving business performance by providing strategic financial insights, supporting decision-making processes, and partnering with business leaders to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, communicating findings effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Drive cost management initiatives and support the business in optimizing operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide data-driven insights and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CFA, CA(SA), or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance business partnering, or a similar role, with exposure to business operations.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a strategic mindset to drive business performance.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
