What You'll Do:

1. Strategic Influence: Collaborate closely with cluster heads, providing critical insights into financial trends and performance to drive decision-making.
2. Client-Centric Approach: Act as the bridge between Finance and Operations, supporting client executives with tailored financial analyses and resolving queries efficiently.
3. Commercial Leadership: Develop and optimize financial processes, manage budgets, and embed ROI insights to sustain profitability.
4. Relationship Building: Engage with stakeholders to negotiate budgets, manage forecasting, and deliver exceptional financial reporting.
5. Team Development: Lead and mentor team members, driving performance excellence while fostering a culture of growth.

What You Bring:

1. A BCom Accounting degree (NQF Level 7) and 9–10 years of accounting experience, including managerial and management accounting exposure.
2. Exceptional financial and commercial acumen, paired with strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proven experience in managing multiple financial structures, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
4. CA(SA)/CIMA.
