Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance & Office Administrator to join the Citrusdal, Western Cape team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial responsibilities include processing on Pastel - Suppliers and Customers.
  2. Doing purchase orders, obtaining quotes for purchases.
  3. Collection and follow up on relevant supporting documentation.
  4. Maintaining accurate accounting records.
  5. Support month end and year end closing processes.
  6. Submitting weekly payments for all departments.
  7. Insurance Claims.
  8. Management of Fleet cards and credit cards - Completing and distributing of expense sheet and sending for sign off.
  9. Managing petty cash.
  10. General administrative support and office administration.
  11. Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings etc.
  12. Scheduling meetings with clients and suppliers as requested by management.
  13. Complete New supplier application forms.
  14. Assisting with HR documentation including Attendance Registers, Staff communication and organizing of staff meetings/functions if required.
  15. Taking minutes for meetings as requested by manager.

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12.
  2. Tertiary qualification preferred.
  3. Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in admin or related position.
  4. Proficient in MS Office.
  5. Pastel experience will be an advantage.
  6. Valid Driver's License.
