Finance Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

IT Finance Administrator:

• Manage and track the financial aspects of IT operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient allocation of resources, purchase of software, hardware, and services.
• Prepare financial reports related to IT investments, purchases, and upgrades.
• Support IT project managers with financial planning, tracking, and cost analysis.
• Assist in contract negotiations and vendor management for IT services and products.

Facilities Finance Administrator:

• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, and office supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions for office space, maintenance, and services.
• Track and report on all facility-related expenses and ensure they align with budget forecasts.
• Coordinate and manage facility-related projects from a financial perspective.
• Monitor and report on facility leasing, maintenance contracts, and other long-term facility expenses.

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years in a similar field
• Strong background in finance with a focus on IT and facilities management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in both IT and facilities contexts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of financial software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
