Finance / Admin Officer position available in Paarl.
Requirements:
- Matric with relevant qualifications.
- 4 – 6 Years experience in financials and administration.
- Excellent Financial administration and financial experience.
- Computer literate.
Responsibilities:
- Writing journals
- Invoicing debtors and creditors
- Compile financial statements of various entities.
- Record loan transactions and reconcile them.
- Compile management statements.
- Reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
- Salaries and wages.
- Processing and reconciling of bank accounts.
- Process month-end transactions and journals.
- Posting of monthly payroll journals.
- Maintain and reconcile fixed asset register
- Responsible for all electronic payments.
- Reconciliation of petty cash.
- Assists with yearly audits.
- Invoicing preperation
