Finance & Admin Manager

Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

* Market-based salary, Medical aid, and Provident fund

The Finance & Admin Manager will manage and develop the department's financial systems and reporting, ensuring accuracy and acting to meet the Business Unit's goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
  2. 5 - 10 years accounting experience in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar fields

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate information gathering for monthly management and financial reports.
  • Review all contracts, generate invoices, and present customer monthly reports.
  • Implement and manage administrative and accounting systems and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with department and company procedures.
  • Implement improvements and corrective actions to meet or exceed all KPIs.
  • Develop a training program to ensure staff are competent to perform their duties.
  • Prepare the annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure quotations and bids are effectively reviewed, relative to price, terms, and risk.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest standards of Corporate Governance.
