The Finance & Admin Manager will manage and develop the department's financial systems and reporting, ensuring accuracy and acting to meet the Business Unit's goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
5 - 10 years accounting experience in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar fields
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate information gathering for monthly management and financial reports.
Review all contracts, generate invoices, and present customer monthly reports.
Implement and manage administrative and accounting systems and procedures.
Monitor compliance with department and company procedures.
Implement improvements and corrective actions to meet or exceed all KPIs.
Develop a training program to ensure staff are competent to perform their duties.
Prepare the annual budgets and forecasts.
Ensure quotations and bids are effectively reviewed, relative to price, terms, and risk.
Ensure adherence to the highest standards of Corporate Governance.
