Farm Supervisor

Requirements
1. Must be a born again Christian whose purpose is to further the Kingdom of God.
2. Must have exceptional people management skills.
3. Must be knowledgeable in animal and calf health.
4. Must have knowledge of veld management.
5. Must have technical machinery skills.
6. Must have knowledge about machinery maintenance and repairs.
7. Must have own personal vehicle.

Duties
1. Oversee planting process of crop and pastures.
2. Oversee fertilizing and spraying of crops and pastures.
3. Oversee cutting, raking and baling of hay.
4. Oversee silage cutting.
5. Oversee harvesting of crops.
6. Managing beef cattle:
a) Animal health.
b) Oversee electric fencing for strip grazing.
c) Oversee daily counting and feeding of beef cattle groups.
d) Weaning of calves.
