To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Proven hospitality experience within Southern Africa and previous experience in a similar role
• Strong practical maintenance skills given the rural nature of the location
• Excellent communication and staff relation skills
• Able to work hospitality shifts and hours and maintain a good work-life balance
