Position: Family Solicitor

Location: East London (Legal 500 firm)

Specialisation: Family Law

Salary: DOE (45-70k)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic abuse cases and childcare cases.
• Manage other areas of work involving:
• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy
• Co-habitation
• Children matters
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Work on public and private law children matters and financial proceedings.

• Resolution member or working towards
• 4+ PQE (Desirable)
• Knowledge of Legal Aid work.
• Experience in all areas of family law work.
• Experience in supervising paralegals is advantageous.
• Excellent client care skills.
