Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Costing and Reporting
Prepare and submit import cost files for SAP updates.
Assist with scanning projects and act as a backup for the Management Accountant.
Maintain and correct Material Master data.
Monitor scanning processes, liaise with factory systems, and take corrective actions.
Prepare daily production scrap reports and attend related meetings.
Compile monthly lead balancing and scrap reports.
Review and report on stock counts across all sites.
Stock Control
Coordinate and assist with factory stock counts.
Investigate and resolve stock variances.
Report stock count results to management.
Compliance
Operate within procedures to ensure integrity and compliance.
Identify and report risks to management.
Ensure compliance with regulations to prevent wasteful spending.
Customer Service
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Represent the company in meetings and solve problems with integrity.
Cost and Financial Control
Contribute to budget preparation.
Promote efficient and transparent use of resources.
Explore cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements
Degree in Finance/Management Accounting or related fields (NQF 6).
Possession of or studying towards CIMA advantageous.
Manufacturing experience (advantageous).
Experience in cost accounting/reporting or equivalent.
