Job Description:
As a Facility Management Consultant (Asset Management Consultant), you will be responsible for developing technical solutions and methodologies for operations and maintenance service delivery. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality, compliant bid documents and technical reviews.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement technical solutions and service delivery methodologies tailored to asset management.
• Prepare technical write-ups for bid submissions and conduct thorough technical reviews.
• Understand and apply principles of life cycle costing and life cycle management to ensure efficient asset utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop comprehensive technical documentation.
• Manage and ensure the timely preparation and submission of proposals, adhering to all bid requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training, and presentations to enhance the understanding of asset management practices.
• Monitor and report on the technical aspects of projects, managing risks and providing timely clarifications as needed.
• Ensure all final submissions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
