As a Facilities Manager, you will join a vibrant Johannesburg team and help us ensure that all Concentrix premises are maintained to the highest standards and that quality facilities and support services are provided on behalf of all end-users.
Managing and supporting the team of Facilities Officers and Assistants, coordinating resources at all Concentrix sites within your region.
Ensuring conformance with all compliance aspects of health, safety, environment, and security for planned and reactive maintenance.
Managing and developing a high-performing team.
Developing relationships with all end-user departments and attending local onsite community meetings.
Managing and monitoring contractors to ensure service standards are fulfilled.
Controlling costs and maintaining budget management procedures.
Ensuring that all chemicals and hazardous substances are controlled and used according to legal requirements and local legislation and that all personal protective equipment is being used.
Managing ordering and storing stock.
Ensuring effective access control function and vendor management.
Planning and management of furniture and office moves.
