Facilities And Asset Manager

The purpose of this role is to integrate people, place, and process within the built environment with the aim of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business.

The role needs to ensure that it meets "first impression" standards that contribute to the innovative and leading brand that the Company is building.

Responsibilities:

The Facilities and Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's own as well as any leased buildings and assets, including plant, materials handling equipment, and accessories related to the Key Functional Responsibilities.

Experience Required:

1. 5 years of experience in Facility Management in an FMCG ammonia plant maintenance environment is essential.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1. Registered qualified technician - advantageous.
2. Safe handling and inspections.
3. Basic Project Management.
4. Maintenance, Life cycles, and Budgeting compliance.
5. Occupational Health and Safety.
