Fac Pool Manager

An established restaurant located in Irene Centurion is currently seeking a Senior Kitchen Manager / Head Chef.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in both chef and kitchen management roles, with a strong background in a la carte restaurant environments.

The ability to effectively coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Stock reporting
2. Food cost management
3. Leading a kitchen brigade

The successful applicant must possess excellent staff management skills and be capable of multitasking.

Must also have strong cooking abilities.

Salary: R 16 – 22 K net depending on experience.
