Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Printing Executive / Manager to oversee all fabric printing operations for PV, PC, and cotton fabrics. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in fabric printing, including expertise in various printing techniques such as rotary, screen, digital, sublimation, and khadi printing. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards, precise color accuracy, and timely delivery of large-scale projects.

In this role, you will work closely with the design and production teams to implement innovative and high-quality prints that meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to printing defects, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabric Printing Operations: Oversee and manage fabric printing processes for various fabric types, ensuring top-notch quality and color consistency.

• Printing Techniques: Lead and supervise rotary printing, screen printing, digital printing, sublimation, and khadi printing processes.

• Shade Matching & Color Consistency: Maintain strict control over shade matching and ensure color consistency across multiple print runs using spectrophotometry for accurate color assessment.

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any printing defects or operational issues promptly, implementing corrective actions where needed.

• Dye Knowledge: Utilize expert knowledge in disperse, pigment, reactive, and vat dyes to enhance the color mixing process and achieve superior colorfastness.

• Collaboration with Design & Production: Work with design and production teams to create high-quality prints that align with customer needs and project requirements.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that prints meet industry standards for durability, wash fastness, and visual vibrancy.

• Production Planning: Leverage SAP HANA PP module to manage and streamline production planning, ensuring efficient workflows and timely project delivery.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Fabric Printing processes (Rotary, Screen, Digital, Sublimation, Khadi).

• Color Consistency & Shade Matching.

• Deep knowledge of Dyeing Techniques (Disperse, Pigment, Reactive, Vat Dyes).

• SAP HANA PP module proficiency.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Understanding of fabric quality standards including durability, wash fastness, and vibrancy.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in fabric printing and dye applications across multiple printing techniques.
