Export Assistant

A growing stock distribution company is seeking a new export assistant.

With national representation and a presence in Southern Africa, and currently expanding into Sub-Saharan Africa, this dynamic company is looking for an experienced and energetic person to assist with the following tasks:

1. Administrating the export of stock into African countries. Dealing directly with the customers, clearing agents, and warehouses to ensure the stock is exported.
2. Responding to international customer queries and keeping customers up to date with the progress of their orders.
3. Assisting with proof of deliveries for all company deliveries.
4. Assisting with various reconciliations.

Experience required:

1. Creditor and/or export experience would be beneficial.
2. Pastel/Sage Evolution experience would be beneficial.
