Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Remote-based (South Africa) | US Time Zone
Salary: R35,000 - R38,000 per month

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Manager will work closely with the team to ensure the company’s revenue targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, offering coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer success) to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team stays up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and ensure accurate reporting in CRM tools.
  • Create scripts and workflows to optimize sales processes.
  • Train the sales team to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools like Skynamo and Fresh Sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience in the US market and understanding of US business culture is a plus.
  • Dynamic thinker with a proactive approach.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in building sales teams and scaling operations in a fast-growth company.
  • Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
  • Experience working with international teams or in a global business environment.

Working Hours:

US time zone availability is required.

Compensation:

  • R35,000 - R38,000 per month
