Location: Melkbosstrand, Cape Town

Salary: R35000 - R45000 CTC plus quarterly commission (negotiable)

We are a dynamic and driven team, and we’re looking for colleagues and professionals who can meet monetary targets and KPIs independently.

What We Offer:

• Salary: R35000 - R45000 per month plus commission
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days at home (open to discuss)

What We Need:

• Proven experience in recruitment consultancy
• Global recruitment experience (USA, Europe, Australia)
• Proactive talent finder with a deep global network
• Honest, kind, driven, loyal, dedicated, and client/candidate-focused
• Ability to manage time and deliver results without micromanagement
• Strong business development skills to bring in new clients
• Own laptop, reliable internet (stable during load shedding), and reliable transport
• Sober habits and a healthy outlet to manage recruitment stress
• Matric
• Sourcing skills (courses would be ideal)
• South African Citizen or a permanent resident
