We are looking for an Executive Search & Researchto join our team, bringing your strong research capabilities and experience in executive search to help identify, map, and engage with senior-level candidates for global executive positions. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll play an essential role in delivering highly skilled candidates for a variety of roles, including technical and leadership positions.

What you'll be doing
Support the research phase of executive search projects, identifying senior leaders and specialists across various industries and markets.
Use your research and mapping skills to build comprehensive candidate pipelines, applying your market knowledge to find top executive talent.
Assist in candidate assessments and manage the early stages of the recruitment process, including outreach and engagement.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and the team lead to develop and refine search strategies, candidate profiles, and market insights.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform client strategies and internal decision-making.
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in a research role within executive search or agency recruitment, with a focus on senior-level placements.
Experience in talent mapping, sourcing, and candidate engagement, with the ability to deliver market insights and talent reports.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and candidates.
Experience working on complex, technical, and leadership roles, with a proven track record of finding and engaging with top talent.
International recruitment experience preferred, with a broad understanding of different markets and industries.
A proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects.
Prior experience in agency, executive search, or in-house recruitment is desirable, providing a solid understanding of different recruitment models.
